The SPECIAL Ranks are for SPECIAL people like 1st people to join the uscp and other stuff 

Leader of the special ranks: Betarobot/Mr ice mr1.

leader of divisions: Red rocker,beakerbill 26,pacos 315

leader of the brigades: Will be elected soon in the pollz page

USCP ambassador: Will be elected in the pollz soon enough!!!

Briagde leaders: You have to make a brigade and ask people to join it in order to be in this.

major generals: We need more people before we can make major generals.

ok thats all of them if you have any suggestions please leave a comment below and i will sonsider it being a special rank.
